Private Residence--Resand and Finish Existing Red Oak

In this Park City home, we re-sanded and finished this existing 3/4" Red Oak flooring. Our crew created this beautiful grey color with a reactive finish from Pallman Magic Oil grey. The light wire brush detailing adds texture and adds detail to the floor. This grey floor looks beautiful in the home!
Looking into the kitchen from the living room, the natural lighting illuminates the knots and details of the red oak flooring.

The unique grey flooring compliments the white cabinets in this kitchen beautifully.

Private Residence White Oak

For this home, we installed 6" quarter-sawn white oak hardwood flooring. To accomplish the white coloring, we bleached the wood with white stain and white Pallman Magic Oil 2k. We finished with a light wire brush to add texture. This floor turned out great!
This open kitchen allows natural light in and really showcases the details of the floor beautifully.

In the hallway and down the stairs this floor looks clean and elegant.

Even in the basement with limited natural lighting, the floor's details are easily seen and admired.

Park City Parade of Homes Floors

Here are a few high-resolution of some white oak, Magic Oil wire brush floors we did for two homes in the Park City Parade of Homes in 2014.

This floor compliments the cabinetry beautifully.

The natural lighting really shows off the uniqueness of this floor.

The Pallman Magic Oil is the best finish in the business, which is why we use it!

Pecan Herringbone Floor

For this home, we installed  7" X 28" Pecan flooring in a Herringbone pattern. This pattern creates a unique look and can add a lot to the feel of a home. This floor has a Whisper Gray stain color with a antique brown glaze and a semi-gloss, acid finish.

After installation and wire brushing, we buffed a white Magic Oil finish onto the floor. The final result is stunning.

After laying the cork underlay, we installed a farmhouse pattern using 3, 5, 4 and 8-inch board widths. This look makes the floor have a unique pattern. Notice the floor joints do not run in lateral lines, because of the different sizes of board widths installed together in a common row.

After installation, we did a heavy wire-brush texture on the floor, which is noticeable in this photo.

For this home, we laid down a cork underlay for sound absorption. This makes the noise quieter for the levels below and creates a more comfortable surface impression for walking. This is the process of laying the cork below the wood flooring.
